Police charge man with manslaughter

The case is linked to the deaths of a 73-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman, who were found on a platform at 50 Yuen Long On Hing Street in Yuen Long early on Wednesday morning.

The man was certified dead at the scene, while the woman was rushed to Pok Hoi Hospital, where she was later certified dead.
