More residents of Covid-hit Tuen Mun block isolated

More residents of a Covid-hit public housing block in Tuen Mun are being put into quarantine.

The Centre for Health Protection said on Tuesday there was one more confirmed case on the 22nd floor of Block 3, Oi Fai House at Yau Oi Estate.

That’s on top of seven cases previously, with two of the five units involved on the 22nd floor.

Residents on the 22nd floor who show symptoms will be sent to hospital, while those who are asymptomatic will be sent to quarantine centres.

People who live in flats 09, 10, 31 and 32 were put into quarantine earlier.
